You are as athletic as your range of motion
Your strength is used to the extent of your range of motion
Margin of error for injury
Range of motion complements strength athletically
Range of
motion
Everything starts with your feet
The higher you activate your feet the easier your movement is
Inactive Toes = Flat Feet & inefficient movement
Active Toes utilize the entire foot relieving pressure from the rest of the body
THIRD
LEVEL
The 3rd level of your TOES
Activating the foot and learning to utilize the toes will UNLOCK your athleticism by activating new muscle groups to take pressure off the rest of your body. This leads to more efficient movements while significantly decreasing risk of injury due to lower energy output per given muscle.
The last thing to leave the ground on any given movement is the UPPER-most active part of the foot. The higher the foot is activated, the more leverage used when leaving the ground, leading to more efficient movements.
The 3rd Level?
DON’T MISS OUT LIKE I DID
My name is Kyler Mikkelsen, and I increased my vertical jump from 23 to 35 inches in a few months. I was a solid basketball player in high school but my lack of athleticism hindered me from playing college ball.
A couple years later I started doing yoga and within weeks I’m effortlessly throwing down everything like I had trained for my whole life. I finally UNLOCKED my athleticism.
Third Level Training emphasizes range of motion and the feet/toes. It consists of exercises taken away from yoga which I modified to suit the needs of athletes looking to reach the next level. If this worked for me it will work for anyone.
